We went to Mongol Hann for dinner yesterday and were unfortunately very disappointed. Since I like to go to dinner in the evening, we were there around 7:30 p.m. and were immediately brought to a free table. The waiter was very friendly took our order and also brought the drinks to the table quickly. As always, the first course goes to the Mongolian grill and the plates were quickly filled with fish. There there was the first negative surprise because the bowls for the sauces were quite dirty. We finally found some clean ones, turned the whole thing off and went to the sushi. My wife found a clean bowl for the soy sauce there, I had lost my appetite because the remaining bowls were all very dirty, no, dirty. For me that wasn't too tragic as it already looked poor at the sushi buffet and my wife had completely robbed our favorite variety with salmon. In her defense it should be said that she took the miserable remainder of 2 pieces. Small things from the buffet were then enough for me, but even there they were already drawing to a close in individual bells. But since there was a lot going on in the restaurant when we arrived, I assumed it would be refilled and we went back to the table. Everything tasted quite good, but some of the buffet was only lukewarm. Then came our fish and both of our plates were grilled really well, everything was crisp, looked very good and it tasted accordingly good. When we put down our fish plates for two times at 8:45 p.m., the grill was already being cleaned, which I found very unsuitable, since according to the sign next to the front door the buffet and the Mongolian grill are open until 10:30 p.m. Well, at first we didn't think anything bad about it and looked around the buffet again. There were now a few more bowls completely emptied and there was nothing new to discover with the sushi either, except that the gaps there were also significantly larger. So then just go back to the table and wait for the delicious fish plate. Hardly back it was brought to the table. However, the fried fish was much worse, the fish was too close to raw for my taste. Then the dessert was supposed to set it up, but shortly after 9 p.m. there was hardly anything left, the chocolate fountain and filled bowls were cleared away. Slightly frustrated, a remainder of the tiramisu and an eclair was taken. We didn't go to the ice cream because a visitor was already informed that she didn't need to come to the ice cream again because it was about to close. Amazed and disappointed, we went to the table, ate up and paid the full price, even though we actually got a leftover meal. So if you want to have the real selection, to have your delicacies well prepared, you should definitely not come in the evening hours. Nothing is refilled, the Mongolian grill stops working early and dessert is actually no longer available. The cleanliness of the small bowls can definitely be described as poor, which is why I will avoid the restaurant in the near future. It only got 2 stars because the first plate was really delicious and partly compensated for it.

Even in the buffet counter, bowls were empty, which unfortunately weren't refilled. The counter for Mongolish was still full and at 8 p.m. everything was well fried. At 8:15 p.m. they started cleaning the Mongolian barbecue area. Shortly before 9 p.m. I had another Mongolian barbecue despite cleaning. The vegetables were as good as not cooked and the fish was borderline. Before that, at the ice cream counter, I heard that a guest had been told that it was going to be over soon and that she could not get any more ice cream. I was shocked. I had lost my appetite, which probably suited the waiters too. Outside I checked the opening times again and it said that the Mongolian buffet is until 10.30 p.m. ?

We had freshly prepared grill, fish and meat in many variations. Buffet is plentiful too. large selection of salads. For dessert, there are architecture cupcakes and fruits. the highlight is the chocolate fountain with white and dark chocolate. The game room was blocked, so the children probably couldn't play because of corona. A very clear recommendation.
